老師好，我先生是綠卡居民申請我，在廣州已等兩年了，已交130表，到無需排期並通知不要外出準備麵試階段，但因疫情原因廣州美領關閉了。我和孩子們2月17號也過來美國了，請問這種情況在美國三個月後可以直接把case轉過來這邊麵試嗎？

還是需要在美國重新申請呢？
-You and your kid can file I-485 within US to get the green card, then inform the NVC and the US Consulate in Guangzhou to stop processing your case there (i.e. you abandon your visa application there). But you had better do it after you stay in US for about 3 months.
還是建議回中國等呢？
-Because of the coronavirus disease, you may just file I-485 within US if the disease still prevails a couple of months later.
