請問8老師交表I-485時要填I-944 表嗎？

I-944表是新出來的 Decalration of Self-Sufficiency. 投資移民沒有領過任何福利 也要填嗎？此表要附帶收入證明，醫保，財產等一大堆證明，咋辦？
