I140 approved in CSC, EB2

I sent my I140/485 concurrent last October, EB2.

AD: 12/06/2004
I found there's lots of poeple are NIW or EB1 in this web, but I am not, I'm EB2, employer sponsored. I'd like to share my good news with all of you.
And I also would like to encourage those applicants who are not NIW or EB1, as long as you perpare your documentation in good hand, you still have lots of chance to get the approval. The only difference is the time.But I have to say you really need to find the good lawyer. Although the caucasian are expensive, but they are really helpful, especially when they argue with the BCIS. I hate to say that, but most of the time is correct, it's still their language, man.
I also would like to share the immigration processing time with you. Although on BCIS, it indicated that the processing time is really fast, but according to my lawyer, the immigration's long processing times can be aggravating.
It is very common for immigration's processing times to fluctuate depending on their work loads. There's still many I-140 petitions that are pending beyond the stated immigration processing time. So just be patient.
Now I have another question to ask you guys, what kind of Request of Evidence will the INS ask for I-485? WIll they ask for any income documentations? Thanks.
