本人持H1簽證，NIW140在2018年已批。請問如果失業，可否申請轉F1，家人轉F2待在美國，直到轉綠卡身份當前時再出美國走CP？

-No problem. You can file I-485 when the priority date is current as F2 status technically, but you had better find a job to file I-485.
