目前的情況是：2天前I-130表已經通過1USCIS網上申請係統提交，case status給了一個receipt number，並讓等待mail寄過來. 我的問題是：這個月f2a沒有排期的情況下，是不是不用等130批準就可以提交485及其支持材料了？
