請問各位老師：

我已經綠卡超過5年，現在剛剛換了工作想要入籍。

我知道規則是，“resided for at least three months immediately preceding the filing of Form N-400”。

由於工作， 我搬到了新的地方。現在我已經在hotel住了四個月了，下個月搬入新house， 就會有permanent address。我住的hotel和新房是在同一個state.

我現在可以file N-400嗎？ 請問在賓館的四個月可不可以滿足 "resided for at least three months"?

-Yes as long as you reported your residency to the local driver license office since you moved to the new state. But you had better use your new house address as your residence/mailing address in N-400. Thus, you can be sure to receive USCIS mails in the future.

還是我要在搬入新房後再等三個月，才能file N-400?
