關於EAD工卡申請，收到了移民局的一封信，請教各位

我們是8個月前提交的485，當時沒有申請EAD工卡，兩周前我們自己填了EAD工卡的申請表，並寄給了移民局，今天收到移民局的一封信，內容如下：

Recently, you submitted an application for immigration benefits. That form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application. Your payment is being returned to you with this notice. No additionalaction by you is required at this time.

這份信的notice type 是Rejection Notice. 

我想問問大家，這EAD的申請，移民局已經算受理了嗎？
