我是美國公民, 為父母申請 I130. 雖然收到移民局的批準通知已經有2個多月了, 但不知道下步該怎麽辦.是等待美國簽證中心(NVC)的通知, 還是需要上交什麽材料? 如果隻有等, 請問一般需要等多長時間. 謝謝.

-If your parents are in China to apply for the immigrqant visa, you have to wait for NVC to contact you (no choice). It may takes a few months or longer, case by case. If you don't hear anything from NVC after 4 to 5 months, you can contact USCIS to whether they forwarded your approved I-130 to NVC or not.
