8老師， 我父親入境美國已經2個多月了，可是1-94 官網上沒有更新我父親這次來美的信息。還是顯示上次入境日期。在護照上是有這次入境的admission stamp.

If so, your father needs to go to the local CBP Deferred Inspection Office to ask them to update his new entry information inculding generating the I-94. Then, print out the I-94 for I-485 filing. Find the local CBP office at this link:

You may call CBP Deferred Office first to see whether they can fix it for you. If yes, you don't need to go there.

另外， 在 I-130, if the beneficiary is your brother/sister, are you related by adoption? 我是申請父母移民，請問應該選'NO'還是不填？
