親屬移民的優先日期是2007年6月份。現在表B的排期是2007年7月份。在網上看到有人說可以提交I-485了，但是打電話給一個移民律師說要等收到移民局寄來的交移民費用的通知才可以辦理。我想聽聽你的意見謝謝

-If the beneficiary is physically present in US now, he/she can file I-485 in this month (Jan. 2020) in US. But if the beneficiary is in China now to apply for the immigrant visa, you have to wait for the National Visa Center to send you the instructions and the invoice for the DS 260 filing fee, and then, you can provide the required documents as your lawyer said.
