請問申請H1b transfer 會有風險嗎？

因為我們剛遞了family-based I-485. 還是申請TN好點？但我們是不是不能出境申請TN？-No TN any more due to immigrant intent

H1在pending 的時候就可以去新公司嗎？還是必須等H1批下來了才能去新公司?-Depends on whether the old H-1 I-94 expires or not. -If the old H-1 I-94 expired, don't do H-1 transfer and have to wait for the pending H-1 is approval.

如果 被拒了，我們就不能呆美國等綠卡了嗎？是不是就必須出境呢？-Not need. You can still stay in US during I-485 pending and apply for EAD to work.
