1。 請問如果小孩辦父母移民的話， 父母有資格在美國境內調整身份嗎，由於TN status? 

-Yes, but the child must be at least 21 years old to be qualified for sponsoring the parents.
2。 如果可以的話， 要提交額外的表格申請豁免嗎，由於TN status? -Not need 豁免
3。 B1/B2 同樣不容許有移民傾向，美國公民為其B1/B2父母申-Same as TN.
