That date is for separate 140 and 485. I filed them together in 02/24/2004, employment based, EB2. Both of them got approved in 11/18/2004. Basically, TSC has new policy for concurrent application, very fast for LC, 140/485, AP and EAD. I filed LC in 11/25/2003, got approved in 01/05/2004. I filed AP, EAD at the same time as 140/485, got approved in 03/10/2004 and 03/17/2004.
