8老師， 我不能完全明白以上這段文字說明。我擔心如果申請麵試延期，我妹一家不但會失去這次visa 的機會，以後可能不會再有下次visa的 機會了，移民的機會可能就會失去了。請幫我解釋上麵這段文字。因麵試延期而失去簽證的risk 會很高嗎？
