1. 他現在人在美國，是B2簽證，如果遞交了148 以後回中國，再來美國的時候是不是就不能用10年旅遊簽證了？下次如果還用十年旅遊簽證，來美國的話簽證和綠卡會有什麽後果？而是以後每次隻能用返美證？

-He must use advance parole to travel after filing I-485, no more B2 visa due to immigrant intent. Otherwise, the I-485 and green card will be void.

2. 如果他申請上了綠卡，可不可以在中國半年美國半年這樣來回？

-If he travel to China too often, he might have trouble to enter US. The green card is for him to live in US permanently, not just for use as border-crossing card.

可不可以在美國住一年回中國一年？

-No.

在中國最長一次可以住多長時間？-Had better not more than 6 months.
