請問8老師，如果換工作的話，能夠用現在沒批準的H1B嗎？

還是一定等現在的先批準？-Yes.

另外，如H1B RFE被拒，申請appeal, 成功可能性多大？-Hard to say, depends the appeal reasons. Discuss it with your lawyer.
