母親在美申請綠卡，第一次指紋末過，正在等候第二次打指紋。是不是AP一定要等指紋通過才能開始處理？

如果第二次指紋還不過呢？指紋較淺，以前在海關也是采集指紋很困難。有沒有辦法在打指紋當時就知道指紋是否通過？要不又要等一個月才知道過不了。太耽誤時間了。
