我想問下我老公前段時間換工作，新的雇主（雇主A）給作了H1b transfer同時也順帶提交了I539表幫我做了H4延期。但是老公還是決定在原公司（雇主B）留了下來。我的H4快要過期了，雇主A給老公做的H1b已經approved，但是H4延期還在pending。雇主B不會幫我做H4延期，要做的話得我們自己請律師做。請問這個情況我還需要提交H4延期申請嗎？

-Yes. Because your spouse does not work for Company A, his H-1 transfer approval by Company A is void and thus, your H-4 extension application is also void no matter it will be approved or not.

You can file the H-4 extension by yourself after your spouse gets his H-1 extension application receipt by Compnay B; or just you file the H-4 extension application together with your spouse H-1 extension (put them in the same package and send them out together) paying the H-4 filing fee by yourself (tlak to the employer to allow you to put your documents together with your spouse's).

It is very simple. Just file I-539 following the I-539 instructions.
