請問8老師，我媽是移民簽證進的美國，進來就申請綠卡和ssn了，但都還沒有寄到。家裏老人急症病危，現在要回國。綠卡沒收到之前離開美國travel，要辦什麽手續嗎？

-No problem for her to travel in this case. When she entered US using the immigrant visa, the IO at the port of entry has endorsed her immigrant visa (i.e. put a stamp on the visa) which is equal to the temporary green card valid for one year. So, she can use this endorsed immigrant visa to travel.
