8老師您好，我現在是L1B的身份2021年四月中旬到期，但是H1B沒有抽中。雇主說如果明年還抽不中的話可以考慮轉管理崗L1A,這樣就有多兩年的時間等綠卡，我想問一下L1B轉L1A需要提供什麽證明呢？

我聽說需要國內也要證明是管理崗，您知道具體的規定是什麽嗎？-You have to have worked abroad at least one year out of lastest three years as a manager, executive or specialized knowledge employee of the company. It seems you are not qulaifed for it because you have been US during the last three years. Consult a lawyer if necessary.
