問題：1、如果主申請人 （NIW）離境，失去H1身份，H4 在485 pending 期間，是否還可以持485 收據，繼續合法留在美國，等候綠卡批準嗎？
-Yes.
2、如果主申請人拿到AP離境，是否不影響485批準？-Not at all. Actually, using AP to travel does not affect your H-1 benefits though your status will be parolee after that, e.g. you can continue to work for your current employer just like the H-1b holder, not need to use EAD, and also, you can reinstate your H-1 status by filing H-1 extension or transfer later.
