請問 8 老師： 母親轉公民問題

八老師你好， 我母親需要N400 表考公民。 在M-477 Document Checklist 說：

If you were married before, send:

Proof that all earlier marriages ended (divorce decree(s), annulment(s), or death certificates(s)).

我的問題是，我父親已經去世多年，（在我母親取得綠卡之前就已經去世），這種情況下，是否需要提交我父母的結婚證和我父親的死亡證。

第二個問題，母親在美國已經多年，如何在國內辦理父母的結婚公證和父親的死亡公證。
