請教8老師

8老師，我在給我父親申請綠卡。我們四月初遞交了I-485/131/765 的申請，也很快受到了receipts。可他直到六月底才收到一份打指紋通知，而且上麵隻有要求打I-765 的指紋(隻打了一個手指的指紋），沒有I-485的biometrics。 我周圍的朋友都是I-765/I-485 一起，請問8老師

1）這種情況是表示他要經過麵試，現在隻先受理I-765嗎？

2）他的I-765 fingerprint 的日期比一般的晚了兩個多月，這會表示他的AP卡處理時間也要順延兩個月嗎？

3）I-485 的指紋一般都在受理實際申請之前多長時間打？

4）我們在六月份提交了inquiry，前兩天看到'next step' in case status was first updated to 'case assigned to an officer', then updated to 'as of xx,xx, 2019, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive is currently not assigned for processing', 

      what does this 'not assigned for processing' mean?
