（我媽說是問了要不要交郵寄費，被告知都是免費的。好像和網上得到的信息不一樣：非廣州需要郵費的。而且也沒有收$220移民費，這個移民費啥時候交呀。）謝謝解答。-When the Embassy send the passport with the visa back to your parents, they will also send the instructions how to pay the immigrant fee, then you can pay it following the instructions before your parents land US.
