兩個問題：

1、申請B2 會被拒吧？原因-現有warnings 綠卡，還有老婆是公民所以有移民傾向. -Normally it is fine.

2, 現在重新申請綠卡， 好像也行不通。 原因- 現有綠卡還沒過期。-Abandon the void green card first. If you cannot get the B2 visa after giving up the green card, your spouse can sponsor your green card.

谘詢過移民律師事務所工作過的朋友， 說這種情況， 海關會讓先進來， 上法庭申訴理由

就按實際說病了 也能從臉上看到。還需要醫院證明 。 -The CBP at the port of entry has the right to deny your entry. Also, I don't think you will win the case if you enter US and go to the immigration court. As I said, the illness cannot be considered to prevent you from travel. If you lose the case in the court, you will be deported and thus, you will have big trouble.

    請問8老師， 靠譜嗎？ 如果不讓進來， 以後該用什麽身份來呢？

如果老師說B2可以， 那麽以後還能辦綠卡嗎?-Yes, but you had better wait for about 3 months to apply fro the green card after entering US using B2 visa.
