-Say "Yes" and explain it such as "Overstay since XXX (I-94 expiration date)" in Part 14 of I-485. It will not affect your mom's application.

我姨媽（母親的妹妹）給申請的移民排隊在母親來美後已經到了，但還是打算用我的名義給申請，請問這種情況，“what is your current immigration status (if it has changed since your arrival)?”怎麽回答？not changed?-Leave if blank.
