尊敬的8老師:

我的 employment-based (EB2 down to EB3) I-485 已經outside normal processing time 5個多月了。幾個月前，當我得知我的 case 已到達 current processing 時，就曾經emailed USCIS 多次。回答總是“Your case is in posting processing” or “Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days”.

今年六月份，TSC來信告知:我的 case 已經轉到 National Benefit Center。但至今，沒收到NBC的消息。另外，我的工卡更新申請也沒有消息。工卡已過期了。請問這算 out of status 嗎?

-No. If you filed EAD renewal before the EAD expired, you still can continue to work for 180 days after the EAD expired during you are waiting the EAD renewal approved.

我曾在七月份請Congressman Office 幫忙，至今也是沒有消息。請問，我改怎麽辦？我可以找Congress office and Senator office 同時幫忙嗎？
