-It will not be a problem because your I-140 is irrelevant to your spouse until he/she files I-485. So, your spouse has no immigration intent at this point, i.e. he/she has nothing to do with immigration and thus, he/she just needs to say "No" to the question whether he/she has immigration petition if asked. But you have better keep your O-1 status.
