家人申請回美證，現接到了打指紋通知。因為現在人出差不在美國，但九月底會回來，如果申請改期打指紋，是否應該給uscis寫封信，附上機票信息，
-You need to write a letter explaining why you cannot attend the biometrics collection and request the schedule of it and then, return the Biomtrics Appointment Notice to the local USCIS ASC where the biomtrics take places. Read the appointnment notice and you should see the instructions how to reschedule the appointment on it.
能請求打指紋日期改到9月底嗎？-You cannot decide when the reschedule takes place and this is determined by USCIS.
