I360 申請通過了。接下來是等美國簽證中心 安排去簽移民簽證。
在去簽移民簽證來美國前這段時間，能遞交485申請綠卡嗎？還是必須等人到了美國以後才能遞交485申請？
-The applicant/beneficiary has to be physically present to file I-485. If the applicant/beneficiary will apply for the immigrant visa outside US to enter US, he/she does not need to file I-485 anymore.
