8老師，我爸他退休10幾年了，一直沒參加過什麽組織生活。工作的時候也沒在黨組織裏擔任過什麽職位。但他一直在街道繳黨費，一年一交，最近一次是去年。這個情況會影響申請嗎？謝謝！

-It seems your father is still a active Party member because he still pays the Party membership fee. Thus, he needs to write a statement addressing when he joined the Party, why he joined the Party (e.g. empoyment, promotion needed, etc.), what kind of Party activities he has participated in (e.g. routine Party group actitives, meetings, pay membership fee, etc.).
