綠卡身份, 配偶美國公民, 到中國領養. 請問8老師或知曉的朋友, 如果以綠卡身份領養, 程序是否比美國公民的要容易些, 合法嗎？

-The problem is that your spouse is a US citizen, so you may not be able to adopt the child as a green card holder. Adoption process is somewhat complicate, so you had better consult a lawyer.

之前和之後應做什麽功課和準備, 以後才能順利把小孩帶到美國？
