女，目前在美國境內，B1入境（十年簽證，之前5年多次出入境），要和公民結婚。有一個12歲孩子（B1目前在美國），一個16歲孩子（F1目前在美國），準備一起申請綠卡
請問：
1. 結婚後三人一起申請綠卡的時候，是不是一旦遞出485申請，所有人都可以合法讀書了？
-Yes if they all are physically present in US. Talk to the lawyer. By the way, just like a told you before that she had better wait for about 3 months after she entered US, then marries the US citizen and apply for the green card in case USCIS consider her to have B1 visa fraud.
這個時間要等多長？-I don't know.
中間需要file B1的extension嗎？-Not need.
2. 12歲孩子被私立學校錄取，但是最近在北京申請F1被拒。如果私立學校不在乎F1，是否可行先讓他在美國讀書，直到file EAD 合法？還是回去等移民簽證比較保險？-Not need to return to China, not need F1 and EAD. .Just file I-485 and study in US with the adjustment of status(i.e. with penidng I-485).
或者他在美國轉F1身份呢？
