她香港出生，她的加拿大護照上的出生地寫的是 "Hong Kong". 她想她綠卡上的出生地也是“Hong Kong”。這樣可以一致。

-It is fine for brith place to be China in the green card and I don't think USCIS will change it for her. Everyoen knows Hong Kong is not a COUNTRY.  So, her birth country is China, and Birth region or city is Hong Kong. Normally the green card only indicates the birh country, not city or region, which is different from passport.
