如果孩子在申請大學的時候I-485 PENDING, 那大學會考慮她是國際學生還是國內學生（主要考慮她的錄取資質和其他國際學生比還是和美國國內孩子比？），那期間她可以用AP 出國嗎？

-No, she cannot be an F-1 student due to immigant intent. Her status is adjustment of status. She can travel out of US using AP anytime. After she comes back using AP, her status will be parolee and thus, she can be qualified for Federal financial aid.
