今天收到USCIS通知如下
Starting Jan.2,3018, civil surgeons must use the 10/19/17 edition of Form I-693. USCIS will not accept the 02/07/17 version ( or any previous editions ) that a civil surgeon signed and dated on or after Jan. 2, 2018. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions. The new policy states that all Forms I-693 are valid for only one year from the date submitted to us. The policy also states the the Form I-693 must be submitted within one year of the medical exam. The Form I-693 that you submitted does not meet both of these requirements. Please return to a USCIS Civil Surgeon to have a new medical exam. You must submit the new original form and any original supplement completed by the Civil Surgeon to us. You and the Civil Surgeon must sign the form, and it must be sent to us in a sealed envelope from the Civil Surgeon. If the Civil Surgeon refers you to a specialist, the exam by the specialist must be included, and the specialist must complete the proper sections of the Form I-693.
The problem is the I-693 we submitted is the 10/19/17 edition, and we submitted this form in Feb,2019 and the medical exam was done in February too. It's impossible to talk to a live person at USCIS. What shall i do now?
Thanks for your answer,
