尊敬的8老師：

EB2 ，I-485 即將麵試，請教老師的問題是：

1.帶律師麵試需要嗎？-Not need unless you have a special problem, e.g. you have criminal record or any violation of law, etc.

2.副申請英文不太好，麵試時主申請可以幫著翻譯嗎？-If it is emplyment-based (I-140 based I-485), it is fine for the primary applicant to be the interpreter. 還是需要帶個翻譯？-If it is marriage based (i.e. I-130 based I-485),  you may need another person to be the interpreter.

3.主，副申請會在一起麵試還是分開著麵試?-Case by case, hard to say.
