我明年1月就綠卡滿5年，請問我什麽時候可以申請公民?是必須綠卡滿5年，也就是明年1月以後才可以申請公民，對嗎？-You can file N-400 in advance up to 120 days before your green card reaches 5 years.
另外，我想幫父母辦綠卡，是否也要等到我的公民批準以後才能幫他們申請綠卡-Yes, you must get the US citizen certificate before you sponsor their green card application.
