8老師，我現在485 pending 180天後想換工作（有EAD，在等最後的移民interview）。有幾個問他想請教您。
- 1. 有什麽事情或文件要從現在工作的公司做的嗎？（我有批準的i140文件）-No. Just provide the valid EAD to the new employer to work.
2. 是不是移民interview的時候新公司隻要出具 J表就可以了。-Correct or provide it if USCIS send you RFE for it.
3. EAD今年九月到期，我怕在現在公司申請延期走之前拿不到反而麻煩。是不是在新公司申請延期會方便些？-Not different. You had better renew your EAD in advance up to 120 days before the EAD expires. The EAD is not related to any employer, but you only, so you don't need to tell the employer when you renew your EAD.
