FBI name check pending

我的綠卡申請 是 married to citizen case，麵談也過了，可是因為FBI name check pending，綠卡一直沒有被批下來。 從遞送申請到現在已經18個月了。我給FBI 發了傳真，email，等了一個多月也沒回音。有誰有相似經曆嗎？我該怎麽辦呢？
