因為我朋友最近幾次都是開車入境的，沒有飛機票的證明。也因為開車入境，護照上沒有最後一次入境證明，護照上隻有2015年的入境章。隻有反美證上，有2017年的一次入境章。而他是最少每年去一次美國。

-Just report all of the reentry record as required even if there were not 入境章.

至於工作證明，不知道加拿大的工作證明可否?

-Fine. Temporary employment outside US is OK.

是否會有反作用? 因為不在美國生活？下次更新綠卡會有麻煩？-His green card renewal should have no problem as long as he has the reentry permit.

我叫他去調I-94 出入境記錄，不知道他調的怎麽樣。

-The I-94 record is for non-immigrant visa holders, not for green card holder.

像他這種情況，該怎麽處理，才能順利申請到返美證？

-Provide what the RFE asked. But he needs to realize that he cannot work outside US permanently unless that company owner is a US citizen and that means his reentry permit may not be approved again and again all the time.

而不影響到他的綠卡和日後的綠卡更新？懇求大家的建議和指導。謝謝。
