尊敬的8老師，曾經在這兒向您谘詢過很多問題，都得到了您的幫助，真的感謝你。

現有一問題：女兒還在國內上大學，綠卡持有者，今年畢業，所以她想參加完畢業典禮再回美國，那她離開美國的時間將會超過180天了，是不是她每次離開美國的時間不能超過180天？

-It is fine for her to stay in China occasionally for more than 6 months but less than one year. If asked at the port of entry, just explain it to the IO that she just graduated from a college in China and will stay in US permanently from now on.
