8老師您好！我2017年2月遞交485後，在2018年4月收到過REF，要求提供J表。我辦的是EB1A，我提交了一份當時的job offer. 2019年2月份我的485排期終於到了，卻再次收到RFE。要求我提供的evidence中有一項是讓我說明為什麽當時J表顯示我的工作地點是加州，而我的居住地表明我一直在德州。我是因為當時經過再三考慮，沒有接受加州的工作，而是搬到德州，進行一係列的考察，最後決定定居德州，並開公司。
我的問題是，EB1A是允許這樣工作變化的吧？
-Yes. Just explian it in the response to the REF that you declined the job in CA at that time, and moved to TX, and have been working in the same field as you indicated in the I-140 since that time. Provide the evidences on your job resposibilites.

-AC21 I-485 Portibility rule and I-485 Supplement J Instructions which describes that only the principal beneficiary of a valid Form I-140 in an employment-based immigrant visa category that requires a job offer need to file I-485 Supplement J when change of job. This is not your case because EB1A I-140 does not need to have a offer from an employer (i.e. your I-140 is self sponsor).
