Remove conditional green card

Please help:
I got conditional green card almost 2 years ago when my hu*****and applied the green card for me, now it is time for my hu*****and to apply the remove to the conditional to the permanent one.
I have filed I-751, but is this the only needed one? Do I have to attach anything else like the mutual bank accounts, mutual property file...
