請教8老師 O3 轉 F2 表格和費用問題

我太太O3 轉F1, 那我兒子O3轉F2 是需要單獨的 I-539， 還是 attach an I-539A together with my wife’s I-539? 費用是$370 還是$370 + $370？ 好像最近（since Mar 11 2019) 移民局有新的i-539 form and 費用， 需要額外$85/person biometrics fee. 希望8老師幫忙confirm 一些，以免弄錯。
