最近公司動蕩不安，我太太想要從O3 轉成F1 status to be independent。由於I-539 processing time up to 12-15 months now, 我擔心在F1 approval 之前，O3簽證已經失效了。那就必須要B-2 status to close the gap， before changing to F1.
1. How can my wife change status from O-3 to B-2 status? 還是用I-539嗎？這個轉化需要多長時間？f
2. 可以兩個I-539 同時提交嗎？還是需要等B2 I-539先批下來，再提交 another I-539 from B2 to F1 status change?
3. 因為我們的NIW I-140已經批準了，但還在等排期，需要在I-539裏特別注意什麽嗎？
