1. 護照複印件： 隻需要複印第一頁個人信息和visa那頁嗎？-Yes, only need to make copy of the information pages incuding visa page and entry/departure stamp pages.

如果visa頁在舊護照上怎麽辦呢？-Make a copy of that page and provide it with the copy of the new passport.

2. 子女的出生公證可以用來作為父母子女的親屬關係證明嗎？-Yes.
