請教8老師，我在2016年給我女兒全家三人遞交了I-130表，現正在等待批準中。今年夏天我想請我的外孫來美過暑假，他曾在2015年用B2(十年有效)旅遊簽證來過一次。現在我擔心的是，他在人美國海關時，會不會被拒絕入境呢？

-No problem. The I-130 is not related to your grand son at this point. It is also OK for your daughter to visit you because it takes a long time for her to immigrate into US.

另外，請教一下，在I-130被批準後，他們還要等多久才能來美國呢？-Check the Visa Bulletin. It may take about 13 years from the date you filed I-130.
