主要考慮我先生還在國內，他的簽證(F2 )還有效，為了方便他五月來美和我團聚，目前是不是我還得申請OPT更保險？因為我的I-20五月二十號就過期了。
-It is fine to apply for OPT. If you do not apply for OPT, you still can stay in US during the H1 pending even if your I-20 expires. Up to you, anyway.
2. 我拿到H1B，是不是我先生同時就拿到了H4 身份，不用另申請？如果是，他是不是就得在國內重新簽證？ 那我需要回國轉簽證嗎? 我的簽證有效期過了很久了.
-If your spouse enters US using F-2 visa, then he can apply for change of status to H4 within US together with you or during you H-1 is pending. If he is still in China after you get your H1, then he can apply for H4 visa to enter US.
