No, only Mexico.
I got an anwer from Lawyer Fan, I should not need a re-entry visa. Same for Canada. Hope this information helpful for other people who have H1 Status too. Feel free to travel to Canada and Mexico, but you have to come back in 30 days and during the 30 days, you legal status does change.
